The time has come for the last blog post of 2011. It has been an exceptional year of tremendous eats but for this last post of the year, there's no better subject to share, than what was for me, the... Continue reading Tour of Freycinet Marine Oyster Farm and an epic BBQ lunch at Saffire »
To drive an hour and a half for good food may seem absurd to some, but this is not uncommon for my mother and her friends. My Mum has forever talked about this little vegetarian restaurant, in the middle of... Continue reading Zen Oasis vegetarian restaurant, Berrima »
Onboard the P&O Pacific Sun, I spent the remaining week and a bit of last year relaxing around the tropical lushness of the Pacific Islands. I thought I'd better get these happy snaps up just as we hit the second... Continue reading My Christmas cruise to the Pacific Islands »
A holiday just isn't a holiday without a hotel breakfast buffet. This is what I got to wake up to during my stay at ANA Crowne Plaza in Osaka: There were plentiful juices including orange, apple, grapefruit and tomato, plus... Continue reading ANA Crowne Plaza, Osaka, Japan »
No buffet has ever gotten me as excited as this one. This restaurant has broken the 'quality over quantity' golden rule by giving us both. You heard right... Quality AND Quantity. Lovers of pork crackling can now rejoice at the... Continue reading Vivaz Buffet Restaurant & Nightclub »

Nora then joked about it being called 'high tea' because we were so high on sugar. But who could resist? Everything was mouth-watering goodness. Continue reading High tea @ Swissotel »
For the last four days, Zen and I have been hiding out in Melbourne -another of our spontaneous holidays. I love the internet age... we were able to plan and book everything from airfare, accomodation to restaurants, all just a day before flying! Continue reading Royce Hotel, Melbourne »
On Friday night, Dianne, Florence and I celebrated an early Christmas at the Corn Exchange Restaurant for a $70 seafood and dessert extravaganza. As you can see, the variety was endless! *drools* Continue reading Corn Exchange Restaurant @ Four Points by Sheraton »
With special thanks to my brother & Accor, Zen and I enjoyed a free scrumptious seafood buffet at the Baygarden restaurant. On a Saturday night, this was worth $62 per person! Novotel Brighton Beach offers panaromic views of the airport and seaside. The restaurant captures this stunning environment with outdoor seating and a tropical interior design.
