I've eaten at Charlie & Co way too many times for it not to have yet made an appearance on this blog! So here it is my fellow food lovers - quite possibly, the epitome of all burgers. Although I really do love the burgers at Moo Gourmet Burgers too!
For those who don't know, Charlie & Co is brought to you by Justin North of Becasse and Quarter 21. The name itself is derived from 'Hamburger Charlie', the inventor of the concept of the hamburger.
This one is The Rustic Chorizo Classic ($16 takeaway/$18 eat in), a succulent beef pattie infused with smoked paprika, topped with a juicy chorizo and fennel, soft peppers and a fried egg. It's an enormous mouthful, but oh so good!

The must-have, is The Wagyu & Co. Burger ($16 takeaway/$18 eat in), a glowing brioche bun with beetroot relish, pickled gherkin, lettuce, aged cheddar, aioli and a luscious wagyu pattie.

While the burgers are awesome, it's the chips that really seal the deal. They're ultra crunchy, and super moreish with parmesan and truffle oil ($8).

The lunchtime queue gets a bit ridiculous but if I'm going to have "naughty food", I might as well have the best.
Parmesan and truffle fries, I heart you.

Love the Westfield Charlie & Co but was really disappointed with the one down at Opera Bar :( def heart the fries though!!
I don't know of anyone who doesn't like the parmy-truff fries at C&C! They are divine!
I've only had their truffle fries once and was not a fan I'm sad to say...maybe they were having an off day. Yet to try the burgers tho...they look good.
I'm right with you on the truffle fries - you can never have enough of that cheesey truffley goodness!
sadly i was underwhelmed by Charlie and Co... our waitress was a total cow too! =(
