It's Wednesday today which means tomorrow is Thursday! And on every Thursday, the 1kg baby back ribs at Ruby L'otel is only $19.90 (normally $32)!
Sauce options are smokey BBQ or honey sesame with sides of either chips or mash. I highly recommend the smokey BBQ with a side of chips!
The sprinkle of chilli salt on the chips is sensational and fragrant with five-spice. It is just one of the many successes of Asian-inspired Modern Australian dishes available at this pub.
I also love ordering a side of the chilli snake beans ($8) which are fried beans in a dark sticky sauce.
Now back to the finger-licking good ribs... These ribs are so tender, the meat just falls off the bone. It is so succulent and juicy, a real highlight for Thursday nights!
I've shamefully never finished a full kilo but my constant cravings for pork ribs have be coming back time after time again. Ruby L'otel is a pretty awesome pub to have in the neighbourhood and even if you don't live nearby, it is worth a visit!
