Guess what? The winners of my recent Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream giveaway have just been announced and I already have another fantastic competition lined up for you!

The lovely people at Wasamedia and Alio Restaurant have invited me to attend a pasta making class as part of the restaurant's ten-year celebrations, and I have two more spots to giveaway to two lucky JENIUS readers! (Note: you will be attending the class with me!)

Hand-making fresh pasta is such a valuable technique and is something I have been keen to master. I'm so delighted I'll be able to share this experience with two of my dear readers :)

The class kicks off with a first hand demonstration of Chef Hughes making his celebrated 'Rotolo' and 'Risotto' dishes. The class will then learn the magic of turning flour and eggs into mouth-watering pasta for themselves, in a sticky fingered, laughter filled hands-on experience. Making fluffy 'Potato Gnocchi' and 'Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli' from scratch, each guest will delight in Ashley's expert knowledge and feel the success of creating fresh and delicious pasta in this wonderful gourmet experience.

The course will conclude with a sit-down banquet style lunch so attendees can relax and enjoy their creations.

Doors open at 9.30am for coffee at the bar, and the pasta course begins at 10.00am. Lunch commences at 12.00pm after completion of the pasta class.
