Itinerary suggestions for a short trip to Melbourne

| 8 Comments | No TrackBacks

Being a tourist is easy. Trying to be a tourist in your own city is not. This is why I've put together some itinerary suggestions for my neighbouring city (Melbourne), instead of my own (Sydney). I've been meaning to do this for Sydney but I've found that writing one for Melbourne, a city I visit as often as I can, is much easier! As a tourist, you tend to appreciate and take notice of the things a local wouldn't. I've done lots of research in the past and have had many personal experiences at the places I'm about to recommend; I hope these help you make the most of your short stay Melbourne! (If you're not planning one, then hopefully this convinces you to do so!)

I've compiled these suggestions in Duffel which is THE MOST awesome trip planning tool. It is very visual and allows you to easily collaborate with others who you may be traveling with. Simply sign up, pick a date range and drag & drop your activities!

Melbourne has lots more to offer and this is just a start. But if there are any must-see or must-taste things which you would highly recommend, then I'd love to hear them! Leave a comment below to share.
