black truffle salsa butter at home

I took a trip to David Jones' Food Hall this weekend... and to my surprise, there was 20% off all Tetsuya's packaged products! Hooray!

I picked up this gorgeous jar of Black Truffle Salsa for butter which was marked down to $18 :-)


And here's my home made black truffle salsa butter with parmesan... Tetsuya's style.

Black Truffle Salsa Butter, Tetsuya's style

Simple combine 40g salsa with 160g butter and 25g of finely grated parmesan cheese. Serve with warm bread rolls.

I'm on a high just smelling the delectable scent.

    i think the truffle butter will go well with pasta or dollops of it on plain hot veg
