Creme brulee w/ jaffa chocolate mousse and raspberries

May this year, Zen and I went to Strangers with Candy to celebrate our 3.5 year anniversary. Intrigued by its name, it was a restaurant I've been saving for a special occasion. Brett greeted us and led us to a romantic candle lit table for two. The courtyard was deceptively warm and cosy. The service was awesome, and the food is well balanced with some exotic flavours.

I ordered the brulee expecting the mousse to be a side accompaniment, but the jaffa chocolate and fresh raspberries was a pleasant addition. Overall, a very funky dining experience.

Looks like a great place, it's the first time I have heard of it. The duck confit looks amazing!
How are the dishes priced?

Hi jenjen,

Starters were all $12.50, entree's were $14.50, mains are all $26.50, side dishes are $7.50 and desserts are all $12.50. The only downside to this place is that they don't accept EFTPOS or Credit Card.
